BOOKING A READING

At Storm Kamerz, we understand that sometimes life can get in the way and you may not be able to come into our shop for a reading. That's why we're happy to offer virtual readings that can be sent to you via email or messenger.

All of our readings are done with the utmost care and attention, and we always aim to deliver them within 1-5 business days. However, if you have an urgent request, we do offer emergency services (ADDITIONAL $51.51 NO GUARENTEE). 

Once you have booked your reading, you will receive a notification via text confirming the delivery date. The reading itself will be sent to you via email. In the event of any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Please do not hesitate to reach out if there are any discrepancies with your reading.

REFUND POLICY

No refunds will be given for any reason. Once a service is booked, it cannot be switched to another service. Please be sure that you are selecting the right service for your needs. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
